My Schedule
My working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During these hours, I am often with clients and will do my best to respond as quickly as possible, though it may take 24-48 hours for me to get back to you. Outside of business hours, I am caring for our farm with over 50 horses. Please know this isn’t out of rudeness but simply due to my commitments.
If you are a client and have my personal number to open the gate, I kindly ask that you use it only for that purpose. For any other matters, please feel free to contact me via email, please DO NOT whatsapp or text.
If this is an emergency or crisis, please contact your local authorities for immediate assistance. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to connecting with you.
No Charge 20 Min Consultation Online
A 20-minute no charge ONLINE consultation is a valuable opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process and to understand how our services can support your needs. This brief meeting is primarily designed to provide clarity on what to expect from therapy and to help you decide if our approach aligns with your goals. While we will touch on your concerns, the focus of this consultation is to ensure that you feel informed and comfortable with the therapeutic process before we move forward with a more comprehensive assessment.​

Evaluations, consultations, and psychotherapy sessions typically are 50 minutes. The fee structure is as follows: $130 (approx. 475₪) for 50 minutes. Payment is expected within 24 hours of your therapy session. *24 hour cancelation is a must, if not fee is forfeited.

Equine Therapy/Animal-Assisted Therapy

*Session time start at agreed scheduled appointment time
*Must wear shoes with a heel and pants (no shorts)
*Must wear helmet if riding horses at all times. We provide ASTM approved riding helmets.
*MUST bring bottle water.
*24 hour cancelation is a must, if not fee is forfeited.

*Please note that Strides to Solutions is NOT a riding academy. We do not offer riding lessons to the public.
​*You MUST be up to date on a tetanus shot prior to coming onto the farm

Gottman Method Couples International Coaching
Gottman therapy is designed to help teach specific tools to deepen friendship, emotional connection and intimacy.
Sessions are $165/session up to 60 mins.

I manage my own schedule and scheduling to be more efficient and more responsive to my clients’ needs. Please contact me by e-mail if you need to change or cancel an appointment. If you don’t hear back from me that day, please e-mail again as there can be snafus in receiving emails.
My clients rarely change appointments without notice and I try to provide the same should I make a change. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to provide this notice, you will be expected to pay for the missed session.

I DO NOT operate for crises. You will need to contact your emergency service if this is an emergency or crisis in your country 911, 100, 999. I am not on call 24/7. You will need to schedule an appointment if you need services.
